THE STORY

A company was in line to pitch Harley-Davidson on acquiring a license to produce a number of items featuring the Harley brand.

If you look at their website, Harley-Davidson is the type of organization that doesn't forget its roots, in fact it pays homage to them. It builds for the future, while maintaining the nostalgia of the past.

THE PERFORMANCE

The key to this was to showcase the products in a way that it would take the licensing team through a journey of their own time. From the early days of Harley-Davidson to modern day, and even into the future with some more wild concepts of items like samurai swords.

Each section had to feel like its own time period. This included styling the typefaces and utilizing the logos of that point in time. Slowly it would shift and jump into the new eras of the brand.

When it came to the future section, we had a little more creative freedom to really explore some fun techniques to showcase the more uncommon items that could sport the shield.
