THE STORY

Friday Night Lights yield endless stories for every high schooler in attendance, on and off the field. There is nothing better in the South than its football.

A vendor that we work with came to us with Cherokee Bluff Touchdown Club's request for a poster to advertise a fundraiser for their football team. The theme of this event was a Las Vegas-styled Casino Game Night with a silent auction.

THE PERFORMANCE

We first had to take the established branding of the Cherokee Bluff Bears and brainstorm how to utilize it. The solution was to take a well known visual representation of casinos - a poker chip. This allowed us to use a couple variations of their logo and really personalize the ad.

To really hit it home that this event is a replica of "Vegas", we replicated the famous Vegas diamond sign as the backdrop for the event title.

In addition to the poster, we needed to produce matching tickets for the event that our vendor would print. For this, we took the same elements of the poster for the front and reinforced the style on the back.

The typefaces used had to not only showcase a classy Las Vegas feel, but also remind folks this is ultimately for a sports team.
